Have you tried all the brand new restaurants near your Hyland Village apartments? There are a lot of new eateries popping up in this part of town, and the staff at Caliber has the info you need to decide which one to try next.
In the post below, we’ll be talking about four restaurants that have opened in or around Westminster within the last couple months. Some of them are more upscale than others, but all of them have received rave reviews in the short time they’ve been open.
Without further delay, let’s take a look at the list of eateries below! When you’re done reading through this week’s post, please be sure to share the link to this post with your friends and neighbors at your Caliber — the apartments Hyland Village residents choose for comfort and convenience.
The first restaurant on our list sells itself as a diner, but it’s not the kind of greasy, cheap diner you're probably used to. Wendell’s is decidedly upscale, and they care about the food they’re making — even if it is simple breakfast dishes. We’ve heard good things about their classic dishes like the sausage links and scrambled egg dishes, both of which should be paired with some of Wendell’s fresh squeezed juice.
Wendell’s has an adorable little patio with shaded seats — the perfect setting for your next Instagram. Wendell’s is very picturesque in general, from the all wood countertop inside to the well-plated dishes on your table. Give this place a shot next time you’re in the area!
It’s not often that a new restaurant has both their food and their service nailed down so quickly, but Acova has managed to make a strong first impression. With unique menu items like chimichurri cauliflower, lavender mint lemonade and Ahi tuna with polenta cakes, Acova is a popular restaurant for Westminster residents looking for an upscale seafood experience.
Poke is sweeping the nation, and it’s even growing in popularity in landlocked cities like Denver. Anybody who appreciates healthy eating can appreciate a good poke bowl, as the dish is mostly made of raw fish and veggies. While most poke places simply stuff your requested ingredients into a bowl and forget about it, the staff at HI Tide pays close attention to the flavor combinations in every dish.
Sushi restaurants can be stuffy and intimidating if you’re not familiar with sushi terms, but that’s not the case at Westminster’s newest sushi restaurant. Mika Sushi 2 makes sushi super fun, with whimsical presentations and pictures of your food so you can actually see what you’re ordering. Having pictures on the menu might sound a little cheesy, but it’s incredibly helpful when ordering sushi from an unfamiliar restaurant.
